Drop off signed for with payment to Petrie's Cycle and Sports, 125 Archibald St N or mail form with cheque or money order payable to Kaministiquia Community Centre/Conquer the Dog to:

This year there is a Early Bird Draw for registrations received by August 8th, 2010.
This will help us to order the appropriate number of t-shirts to be printed and makes for less last minute confusion. So get your registrations in early!
Adult registration costs includes a t-shirt and amulet. Child registration costs includes a t-shirt, amulet and goody bag.
